Hypothermic oxygenated machine perfusion (HOPE) has emerged as a transformative approach to improving liver transplantation (LTx) outcomes. University of Wisconsin (UW) solution is the standard for machine perfusion; however, histidine-tryptophan-ketoglutarate (HTK), widely used as a preservation solution, offers a potential alternative in order to avoid a switch between the type of solution during organ processing.
In this webinar, we will discuss the feasibility and efficacy of a single solution strategy using HTK as a viable alternative to UW as a perfusion solution during HOPE for liver grafts.
We look forward to your participation!
